This rustic cottage has custom cedar inside and out! Outside there are a total of 14 cedar posts with post caps and braces along the front porch, the garage and back porch. Gable brackets surround the peaked roof areas.
The cedar shutters with leaf cut-out design are in three styles - traditional rectangular shape, arched shape for the arched windows and two sets in a closed position at the master bath and closet windows.
Entering the foyer, you can smell the cedar as it continues with header beams, more cedar posts - both full and half with braces - both full half. There are two scissor trusses as well to complete the look.
Jaws drop entering the Lodge Room with a glance at the ceiling. There are five impressive custom cedar trusses that are finished with chamfered edges.
The braces completing this treatment are a little more detailed, ending with beveled plates and finials. The customer was extremely happy with the finished project.
